Easy access protective guard where you choose which intruders to exclude. The Meripac "Choice" Ground Guard protects a ground area of 19"x19" (48cm x 48cm) and also hanging feeders (not included) up to 19" (48cm) long The mesh gaps on two sides are easily adjustable to any width between about 28mm and 58mm. We suggest the use of narrower widths in summer/autumn when smaller squirrels are around and wider ones in winter/spring to feed more birds when they most need your help. The product can be assembled quickly without tools. It provides convenient access for filling and cleaning - half of the roof opens and closes without needing to remove any fixing screws and there is also a door opening in one side. It is secured to the ground by four removable stakes and the location is movable without disassembly.
